The Process
Super Charged Premier Powder Coat Electro static process takes the powder pigment and forces it through the oscillating paint gun by means of a controlled air supply where it is given an electrical charge. Then the electrically charged powder particles (+) are then sprayed to the grounded (-) product to be coated. Once the powder is applied, the product is cured in an oven to the correct temperature, for the required time, depending on the size and powder type. In the oven, the powder melts, flowing evenly across the product. The powder then cures on the product.
